Quick F.A.Q. Why Do I Have to Apply? I just want to make sure you have a basic understanding of how to create an attractive, eye-pleasing site. eFans is based on the idea that community members will help each other become better designers/coders/etc. How hard is it to be accepted? While I do require that you have some HTML, FTP, and web design knowledge, I don’t require that you have 100,000 hits per month. If you want to start a brand-new fansite and like the idea of having a community of people who can help you with your questions, then by all means, fill the form out! Another Fansite Host Offers 1000 MB of space and UNLIMITED bandwidth. Why don’t you? There are a couple of reasons. First, servers and bandwidth cost money. No server provider is going to offer unlimited or unmetered bandwidth for small amounts of money. Secondly, I've found that these kind of offers tend to attract people up to no good. Besides, anyone can offer a whopping amount of space/bandwidth. eFans’ focus is providing things that the other guys don’t - our custom control panel, contests, etc, while also bringing quality content to help you improve your site. Most importantly, unlimited bandwidth does not exist. Most hosts who offer you unlimited bandwidth will cap you after using a certain amount or claim you are hogging server resources.
